the shuttle service to the beach was useful. i particularly enjoyed the two pool options available. the staff assisted me with car rentals for exploring krabi. i booked a room WITH a jacuzzi, located on the balcony.

The location present a nature view. It was relaxing and a get away from city life.
The staff could not communicate well in English. The restaurant provided a limited menu. The tuna sandwich tasted too sweet. A bathroom towel had a hole and the shower holder needed repair.

The pools were a definite highlight. I liked that there were two options available.
the room was quite far from the main building, a bit inconvenient. several things weren't working properly, the main shower didn't work, and the balcony light was broken. i paid extra for a pool access room, but the pool water looked dirty.

The early morning call from the nearby mosque was quite loud. It disrupted sleep.
